1. Sign in to Google Webmaster Account.

3. Enter the URL of a site like http://www.makesomesense.com or http://covermyfb.blogspot.com .
4. Now there are different methods to verify the ownership of website.

5. Copy the meta tag and login to blogger.com

8. Paste the meta code just below <head> tag and save template.
9. Now go to Google webmaster to verify your site by pressing verify button.
