1. First create a bing hotmail account.
2. Go to Bing Webmaster Tool.
3. Login in to bing webmaster tool by using your hotmail account.
4. Add your website or blog to bing master.
5. Click on verify site.
6. Follow the verifying method.
7. Now click on your site URL to go to your site control panel of bing webmaster.
8. Go to 'Dashboard' > 'Configure my site' > 'Sitemaps' on left sidebar which is in your site control panel.
9. Now 'Submit a sitemap'
10. Add your site default RSS feed for example 'www.xyzsite.com/feeds/posts/default'
