Follow the steps which are as below
1. Log in to Dashboard > Design elements > Page elements.
2. Click on "Add A Gadget" which you can see in sidebars.
3. Select HTML/Javascript and add the code which is below

4. Put your channel name instead of "YOUR CHANNEL NAME HERE"5. Save Settings.
