Select No Option Add your blog to our listings and let search engines find your blog and click on save changes by saving your settings.
Once your site is ready so you can come back to previous settings by clicking on "yes" instead of "no"it will give access to the robots and they will start indexing and crawling your site.
Note: Only apply these settings when you want to test your site or your site is new.
